truncate Oracle table before PutDatabaseRecord

New Contributor

I am fetching a csv file from Azure Datalake using the "GetHDFS" processor and should be able to insert values into a table in an Oracle database. As advised in the "https://gist.github.com/ijokarumawak/b37db141b4d04c2da124c1a6d922f81f" post, I am using the PutDatabaseRecord configured as per the attached screenshot. PutDatabaseRecord is super convenient so that even if I had to change my csv format and the underlying table, I do not have change my Nifi flow and just works seamlessly. But unfortunately I am hitting a scenario where I am unable to truncate a table before insert. The output of the GetHDFS is an avro and I am losing this file if I do a delete before PutDatabaseRecord. Is there anyway I can truncate and still use PutDatabaseRecord?

thanks.
