username and password for 2.6.2.2/ambari.list

Hello,

In our script, we get the ambari repo List and it started to fail starting Feb 2021. I have gone through your documentation and it suggests below.

I'm trying to open a non-technical case to get username and password as suggested in the guide:

but when I click on "Create Case" button, I got the error: "Accessing the requested page requires special permissions."

So, anyone can tell me how to contact Cloudera to get the credential needed?

From 1st Feb 2021 onwards, you need to be a Cloudera customer with valid subscription to access the binaries, the username and password will be provided upon subscription activation
