I see that you added "/home/hadoop" directory as well in the PATH which is not right. You should not use the path starting from "/home". This is as per ambari design that you can not use the "/home" directory for NameNode data. This functionality is there in Ambari from Ambari 1.5.0 version till date. The Following is the JIRA where this check was added long back: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AMBARI-4162

.

You should remove the "/home" prefix in the path from YARN as well as HDFS configs at once.

Or let us know if the Workaround mentioned in the (link shared in my previous update) following link of tweaking the "isAllowedDir" worked for you ?

Re: why NameNode directories is not created ? after ambari-server installation.

I solved this problem .

user/lib/ambari-server/web/javascript/app.js ------open

isAllowDir

(........./Home) ||(......./Home)

return false ......edit this one to

return true
