Why solr service not present in HDP2.4 stack?

Although it is shown(in the above image) that solr is available since HDP2.1.

Can anyone please help why I'am not able to find solr service in HDP stack.

Hi @Kuldeep Mishra

I'm assuming you mean HDP 2.6? Solr is part of the 2.6 stack as HDPSearch. The current documentation is wrong and is in the process of being updated. Solr has always been a separate support cost.
