yarn on hive/druid stack jobs stuck in accepted state

YARN - Application stuck in accepted state
I have setup a 3 node druid/hive/llap test stack, with hive/druid using hdp 3.0, with the intent of conecting Tableau. I was at one point able to run 'map' reduce job via hive to druid. I then setup the LLAP part of Tabaleau, since than I have not been able to run any map-reduce jobs via hive/beeline.

I have 2 Queues, default, and llap.

On the Queue Tab I see
llap: shows 100% used, & absolute capacity 25%
default: 0% used, & 75 absolute capacity

I currently only have 2 applications running on llap
TEZ application type, user hive
yarn-service type, user hive
If I attempt to kill anyone of these it simply fails with the error:
Error: Kill application failed!

Any pointers, greatly appreciated.
