Is there anyway where Email Alerts are triggered via Ranger for below scenario?

1. Adding Access for user. => Send an email to user who received the access on the resource.

2. Access Request Denied => Send an email to Admin & User about trying to access the data without permission.

3. When delegated user add any new user => Send an email to Admin & used about new access.
