Unable to install CDH 5.3 using using cloudera-manager-installer.bin, error message is:

http://archive.cloudera.com/cm5/redhat/6/x86_64/cm/5/repodata/repomd.xml: [Errno 14] PYCURL ERROR 7 - "couldn't connect to host"

I have tried setting up proxy, i am able to ping, i have also created  cloudera-manager.repo file, still no luck

Please help.
