Cloudera Manager missing Start/Stop/Restart All Services with Anaconda

Using Cloudera Express 5.9.0 quickstart VM. Not sure what happened, but I'm missing the option to start, stop, restart all services under quick start. I used to have this option within the drop down. How can I bring this option back?

Edit - 

I was able to replicate this by performing these exact steps to install Anaconda https://docs.continuum.io/anaconda/cloudera http://blog.cloudera.com/blog/2016/02/making-python-on-apache-hadoop-easier-with-anaconda-and-cdh/

 

Removing the Anaconda parcel restores the functionality.
