Answers are moving to 'Awaiting moderation'

When I answer a question in HCC its moving to 'Awaiting Moderation Status'. Its happening for the past 3 days. Any idea why?

It happened to me when I used to include external links for reference ! Does not go to moderation when you just post text answer/question !

Hi all, I am facing this problem while posting questions. I had posted a question day before yesterday and I think it is still in moderation phase. Can anybody here please help me to share the question with you all...Thanks in advance...
