LeaderBoard showing same data for Last week and Last 2 weeks

Seeing a strange issue on HCC LeaderBoard. Its showing same data for for Last week and Last 2 weeks.

Please see attached screenshots.

Can someone please take a look.

I can still see, it is showing same data for Last week and Last 2 weeks

I used to see that behavior in the first two weeks of every new month but seeing that we are in 4th week, I can't explain it. Leaderboard is not always up to date. I'll a raise a bug.
