Something went wrong with HCC site and Accept button is showing for all

I believe that some thing went wrong with HCC site in last night, Accept but is showing for all, ideally it should show only for question creator and not for the users who are providing answers.

@Divakar Annapureddy users with enough reputation can accept answers. We have a lot of questions with valid answers that never get accepted. This is by design.
