one way to compare configs for 2 different cluster is to get the current configurations for both the cluster using rest api and use some customized scripts to parsers the output. https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/AMBARI/Modify+configurations

Some more steps get the full details of the files which are causing your problem using hdfs fsck / -files -blocks -locations if it is not replicating on your own run a balancer if you are SURE these files are not needed and would like to just eliminate the error, you can run this command to automatically delete the corrupted files hdfs fsck / -delete

what is the output of curl –u user:passwd http://AmbariHost:8080/api/v1/hosts and curl –u user:passwd http://AmbariHost:8080/api/v1/clusters/YourClusterName/hosts. Is the hosts listed are same?
