@Huahua Wei Please login into the Grafana as admin, then go to Datasources and test connection. If that fails, instead of Ambari metrics collector hostname, try adding IP and see if you face the same issue.

Please check NN UI, if all DNs are active over there. If there are servers marked dead, we will need to see the DN logs on each of these nodes.

If nodemanager.recovery.enabled is set to true, please set it to false and try starting the nodemanager. This should get you unblocked. @Savanna Endicott I think you have set HADOOP_HOME:-/usr/hdp/current/hadoop It should be HADOOP_HOME:-/usr/hdp/current/hadoop-client linexec is under hadoop-client folder.

We checked this over webex on case yesterday. Issue was with structured-out-*.json. Ambari agent log indicated that the file that it was looking for is structured-out-<>.json. /var/lib/ambari-agent/data/structured-out-status.json to backup and restarted agent. This fixed this issue.
