I found following fix for Hadoop but I am not sure how to fix cloudera hdfs-site.xml - Need to add following line. < property > < name > dfs.namenode.datanode.registration.ip-hostname-check </ name > < value > false </ value > </ property >

Datanode unable to communicate with NameNode and getting following error message. I am using cloudera 5.14.0 version and i do not have DNS NN Static IP : 192.168.0.12 but it is trying other ip address 192.168.0.121 Did anyone face this issue earlier.. I am unable to proceed further. Thanks in advance. @csgunaDid you complete CCA 131 exam? 1.How many questions, did they asked. 2. All questions are practical like installing & Trouble shooting or any objecting type? I want to give the exam, but past two months I am posponding the it, Can you pls provide us above information, it will be much helpful to us. Thanks in advance.

Even I am preparing for the certificate. I am just following Cloudera Administrator pdf file, which I downloaded from the cloudera website. I guess it covers most of the hand-on.
