Hi All, One of my friend trying create the an account in the cloud-era. Once we got the email from cloud-era for account activation, its not allowed to reset the password. After one or two trials ,account has been locked. Now unable to reset the password . Once we reset the password we are getting the following message which was no use : A password reset request was made for your Okta account. If you did not make this request, please contact your system administrator immediately. At this time your password can only be reset by an administrator. To send them a request, go to your Sign-in Help page. Then click the Request help link. Please help me to resolve this. To whom we need to contact to get it fixed Thanks Gade
