Build HDFS Directories

[root@princeton10 centos]# su hdfs
[hdfs@princeton10 centos]$ hdfs dfs -mkdir -p /rpwz/gps
[hdfs@princeton10 centos]$ hdfs dfs -chmod -R 777 /rpwz/gps
