Monitor-GenericMonitor throttling_logger ERROR

Hi all,

there is a error when my Cloudera Manager Agen try to connect the web server of datanode.

I find out some error records from /var/log/cloudera-scm-agent/cloudera-scm-agent.log but i don't know how to fix those bugs.

Those error records are the following:
