Cloudera Altus client requires Python version 3.6 or later

The Cloudera Altus client (altuscli) requires Python version 3.6 or later. The reason for this requirement is because it relies on some new libraries which ships with Python 3.6 but not in earlier versions. It is not enough to have python3 installed on the machine, it also needs to be the default version, which could be checked by running

python --version command.
