Data corruption in HBase

Currently I am facing issue in data stored in HBase where the old data got updated with recent timestamp and majorly columns being null which is partial record even though there was no update transaction received or any update operation performed in Hadoop.

Need help to understand in which all scenarios this is can happen or anyone who faced this kind of issue?
