Listftp now working in 2.3.0 as in 2.2.0

Hi,

I'm trying to use Nifi 2.3.0 and 2.2.0 to list some ftp files using ListFTP and then fetching it using FetchFTP.

The problem is that when I try to fetch using 2.3.0 ListFTP, it gets timed out, and using the same parameters in 2.2.0 ListFTP, I can get the files in the ftp. I also tested it with another ftp and got another error:
"- Caused by: org.apache.commons.net.MalformedServerReplyException: Could not parse response code."
