No billing field for exam purchase

I purchased an exam a few days ago and I could not provide information for billing with which I can refund my exam costs through my company.

 

Can you provide me with some actual help to provide me with a bill? I tried emailing the certification@cloudera.com email a few days (every day from that) but got no reply and it is getting frustrating...
