Hi Team,
We have CDH - 5.16.2 in our environment, recently renewed Cloudera -license.
But still since today we are not able to create a case on support portal.
Please find the attached snapshot.

We are not supporting any CDH 5.x issues. As mentioned in error it is reached EOS. Please specify different CDH version.
