smpt configration changes have been done for CMS alert publisher

Hi,

 

After configuration changes in alert publisher for mail alerts the stale configuration restart is required is it impact the cloudera server ?

@sathishCloudera  This will only restart the stale management services. No impact to your CM server and the web UI.
