Hello Team, I want to update my profile, I want to change company name, job profile of my registered email id. Can you please share how can I do it? I need to change this as this is required in my company to get access to cloudera support portal. I registered with few wrong information and due to which I am not able to get approvals from our management team. Please suggest how can I do these changes? Thanks Ankur

After logging in to the forums, the rest of your website becomes unusable until I log out again.  Tried this in both firefox and chrome. After logging in to the forums all pages including support, documentation, and downloads all redirect here: http://www.cloudera.com/content/cloudera/en/access-is-denied.html.  Many of the other pages such as products, solutions, and partners are still usable. I can get to everything again when i log out.

When I try to download some of the protected stuff, such as Cloudera Express or Quickstart VM, I have to submit some form. The thing is form submission is broken due to the absence of some geoplugin. More details on the attached image (I erased unnecessary info). Is this a bug or I'm doing something wrong?

Hi, I like the site, it had lots of information, that is easy to find and query.Downloads and community provide all that is needed to get started with the cloudera platforms. One suggestion:Once a user is "signed in", and he / she wants to download a package, the same registration info is required to fill in before the download is enabled.That information is available right ? This has been bugging me for a long time now, why does Cloudera's website not have any link to my user profile?  I have spent a lot of time searching your site and I can't find that link.  The only way I can get to it is from emails I received.  It's very annoying.

So I log into the cloudera website, and than start clicking links, and suddenly notice that I am not logged in any more.  I keep visiting pages that ask me to sign up or sign in.  This happens whether I open a link in another tab or in current tab.  Also, sometimes I am on the page I want to view, but cloudera forces me to log in.  After I log in, I am no longer on the page I wanted to see.  If I hit the back button in my browser, I can't get back to where I was.  I can't figure out how to get back to the link after I logged in.  It's really frustrating. The cloudera website keeps forcing me to enter my personal information: name, email, phone, etc.  It would not be so bad if it forced me to do this once, but it keeps forcing me to do this when I want to see training.  That is true even if I have logged in already.  It is really annoying. Is there anything I can do?

I just made a whole long post and then cloudera asked me to log in.  Of course I had to change my password because I forgot it.  Now my entire post is lost!  I tried hitting the back button on the page but the content I wrote is gone.  This is very frustrating!  Please fix your website.
