Amazon AWS - Sandbox - HDPCD

Hi Guys,

I am currently preparing for the Hortonworks Developer certificate and worked through all the classes. So far, everything worked fine. Before attempting the exam, I wanted to practice with the Amazon Hortonworks Sandbox as recommanded. Unfortunately, I got already stuck with the first question - creating the directory "flightdelays". I was surprised as it did not work out. I looked into the solution sheet and my approach was the same.

Did anybody encountered something similar ?

problem sloved. My fault - everything is fine, I was accidently connected to the Namenode and did not recognize it....
