As new releases of HDP are rolled out (e.g. HDP 2.5 to 2.6), what Unix OS variant does Hortonworks support first?

We would like to move to Ubuntu but we're currently using CentOS. However, we don't want to lag behind in HDP features if we make the move to Ubuntu.

For HDP 2.6, supported OS are Centos 6/7/ppc, SLES 11/12, Debian 6/7, Ubuntu 12/14/16
