Bug in HDP 2.3.2 and earlier releases, Ambari Pig View helper pointing to wrong HCatalogLoader package

The package name for HCatLoader function is wrong. Results in class not found error. This is not a correct path in Hive 1.2.1

This is not a bug in HDP 2.3.2 stack but a bug in Ambari Pig view, this is a known issue AMBARI-13200 scheduled to be fixed in Ambari 2.1.3.
