Could not set the password for ambari server

As I was following the guides to install the sandbox, and trying to set the password for ambari to log in, the terminal remaind me "could not set the admin password, here is the screenshot:

I don't know what has caused this problem, and how can I solve this one?

Can yo check if Postgres is running?

[root@sandbox ~]# service postgresql status 
postmaster (pid  524) is running...

installed the system again, don't know why, but seems to be solved, now I can reset the password, thanks!
