HBase regionserver reporting wal.FSHLog: Slow sync cost. Searching so far points towards Datanode XMX tuning, any other suggestions?

Is this for all RSs or just one "abnormal" one. Are you sure there are no bad disks, or all standard OS tunings have been done.
