How to assign Admin Role to a group

I have a group that is synchronised from LDAP. The users in this group are allowed to login to Ranger Portal UI with a 'User' Role. I want to assign admin role to all users of this group. Can I do that to the group without having to change the role of the users one by one?

Groups in Ranger UI are not mapped to roles. While a user can belong to multiple groups, can only have one of two roles: Admin or User.

I see there is no option to add a group as part of admin in Ranger UI.
