I need some script to run and get ready HDP cluster on AWS cloud

You might consider using Cloudbreak, it has the exact purpose to simplify the provisioning, management, and monitoring of HDP clusters in cloud environments, e.g. AWS.

It has a CLI, with which to whole process can be automated.

It supports both HDP 2.5 and 2.6 versions.
