I try to install and use sandbox on remote VDS (cent os 64).

How to proceed?

@WAEL HORCHANI you can have virtual box install on centos6.4 VDS using below guide - http://www.if-not-true-then-false.com/2010/install-virtualbox-with-yum-on-fedora-centos-red-hat-rhel...

Once done open the Virtual box app and Import sandbox image.

You might need tigervnc to be installed and configured for taking remote GUI of the VDS.
