Is MAPREDUCE-5649 fixed in HDP 2.2.6?

It looks like from - https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/MAPREDUCE-5649, that this BUG is fixed in Hadoop2.6.1 but HDP2.2.6 has Hadoop2.6.0. So need confirmation before I respond to the customer.

In 2.6.0 - NO

Fixed version...It's in the link that you posted. My cluster has not reported the issue. HDP 2.3.2

This bug is fixed in all HDP releases after (but not including) HDP 2.2.8. It is fixed in 2.3.0+
