Issue with Ranger User/group sync

I am able to sync either users either groups at once. But not at both at same time.

Is there any specific settings to be made ?

Do you have "Enable Group Search First" enabled? Sometime i have seen it creates problem.

Also make sure your usersync and groupsync are enabled under Ambari->Ranger->RangerUserinfo
