KUDU: set 'kudu.master_addresses without using impala'

Hi,

I have configured a multi master configuration in kudu. All went well, but I am unable to read my previous kudu table created in Impala. This is because  the new master has become the leader. Also as I cannot access these table so i cannot alter these table to set kudu.master_addresses. Can this be done using kudu cli. I want to update master list with my new hosts.

I think it(s almost same issue reported in this Apache JIRA ticket:

Any way check my answer (https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/IMPALA-5399#comment-16166044) I have already use it and it's work..
