Many charts show "NO DATA" after upgrading CDH from 5.0.0 to 5.1.0

During upgrading CDH on CentOS, i forgot to stop all services before activing the parcel.

After upgrading, many charts of many service, such as hdfs and hbase, showed "NO DATA" as follows, 

I don't know whether or not the problem is caused by my mis-operatioin or non-upgraded CM5.0.0,  please tell me how to solve it? Thanks.

If you run CM and CDH, CM must be upgraded first because an older CM
release cannot manage a newer CDH release. Please upgrade CM as well.
