Missing CDH 5.4.5 Kafka tarball

I don't see a Kafka tarball for CDH 5.4.5 or any of the previous CDH 5 releases...

I see where there are parcels for Kafka.  Is there a reason why there aren't any tarballs?

Kafka is currently only available via the parcel distribution, not the
RPM/Deb/tarball distributions. Apologies for the inconvenience.
