New Kafka 0.8.2.0-1.kafka1.3.1.p0.9 Parcel - What are the changes over 1.3.0?

Does anyone know what was updated in the new Kafka Parcel, 0.8.2.0-1.kafka1.3.1.p0.9, that was released on 7/31/2015? I can't find a document explaining the changes over the 1.3.0 Parcel. Should I distribute this update across my cluster or ignore it?

Kafka 1.3.1 is a maintenance release, and here is the list of fixed issues:
