Shell Error: 4 in Apache Spark in 5 minutes tutorial

What does this error mean? Someone got an idea for beginners?

I assume it is a proxy server setting error...but just want to understand where I can find what kind of error is shown and where I find the error descriptions 🙂

I guess exit code 4 is for wget which means network failure.
