SmartSense HST Agents dying

Hi,

In one of our clients cluster the HST agents are dying repeatedly and throwing below error in the logs.

Internal Exception: java.sql.BatchUpdateException: A truncation error was encountered trying to shrink VARCHAR '====================[ WARNING! WARNING! WARNING! WARNING! ]=&' to length 255. Error Code: 20000

Any help is appreciated.

It is already fixed in 1.1.0, not sure why it is still showing up? Will take a look.

@mkataria We'll need a support case created and logs for the HST Server and Agent uploaded to get to the bottom of it.

my bad, we have two clusters the one with problem is 1.1.0-119

And which version is on the other?

the one which is working is 1.1.0 and installed a month ago (dev), the test is only a week old and has 1.1.0-119

does HST uses some database to write, my assumption was there is none for HST tool but the error hints its writing on derby/sql.. true?
