Until when is the current HDPCD exam available to take?

I heard somewhere that the current exam is being retired from October 1st. However, on examslocal.com I can still find dates after Oct 1st. Basically will I be able to take the current exam after September ends?

The current exams and certifications, described at http://hortonworks.com/training/certification/, are still current.

A decision has been made to postpone the launch of the updated certification program to a future date. As part of that eventual announcement, more time will be allowed for those currently preparing for the existing certification examinations to complete them.

So... yes, you can continue to take the current exams. Good luck!
