Will I be getting an error if I shutdown all slave ndes and retain only the master node?

I have a 44 node cluster and I will have to put the slave nodes in maintenance mode and shut them down. Will be getting during when the slaves are shutoff?

Please, please help.

Hi NN,

Assuming you want to put slave services in Maintenance Mode in Ambari before you stopping the services

Go to the service -> service Actions -> Turn on Maintenance Mode.
