cant find TraceCompact class

I am getting runtime error when running a phoenix java code .

Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/apache/phoenix/trace/TracingCompat

I cant find this class .. which package it belongs to ? I downloaded phoenix-4.1.0.jar its not there.

I found it in this jar

phoenix-hadoop-compat-4.1.0
