create oozie workflow error

i get sometime this error when i try to create a oozie workflow ,

Error: E0501:Couldnot perform authorization operation,Failed on local exception: java.io.IOException:Couldn't set up IO streams; Host Details : local host is: "xxxx"; destination host is: xxxx

Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Set below property in oozie-site.xml to * to resolve this issue

hadoop.proxyuser.oozie.host
