"Exactly One" policy with PutSQL processor

Hello All,

I asked previously about PutSQL behavior on the node or network failure.Here

But now I have the more complicated issue. How with NiFi and PutSQL processor I can guarantee "exactly one" policy?

Which flow do I need to build?
