we are a small community of engineers who train college freshers on hadoop,linux and other opensource technologies like name node HA configuration and failover activity, could people provide more scenarios for us tosimulate real time issues

Perhaps the best way to test real-time issues from a student labs perspective is to dig into Ambari and HDP Upgrade. This is covered (with labs) in our HDP Operations: Hadoop Administration 2 course. See the HWU Training Catalog for more details.
