telnet connection refused

I have installed flume and flume agent. When i try to connect to the localhost using telnet i m getting the connection refused.Please help me with how to resolve this error in hortonworks sandbox.

Resolved with the different port number. Connection is refused for the port number 44444. Working fine with the port numbers 8050,8070.
