Workload XM internal error keeps happening



Workload XM keeps throwing an internal error message when I try to look at the analytics. This has only been happening this morning (Oct 26). Any help will be appreciated!


"An internal error has occurred. Retry your request, but if the problem persists, contact us with details by posting a message on the Cloudera Community forums."

ashish5ahu, Thank you for posting the question. I am assuming you are using Workload XM with Altus, correct? If true, look at the right-bottom side of the job's page, where you are trying to see the Analytics tab, copy the CRN, and reply back with it. With the CRN, we can diagnose what's going on. In addition to that, using a given developer tool (bundled with a given browser), capture what you see in 'Console' and 'Network' tabs, then attach the screenshots here please. If it's failing at 'getUser' call, it should be a known issue and the fix is supposed to be deployed on Nov. 1st (bay area timezone).

Here are the console and network screenshots. Looks like the the getOperationExecutionDetails is throwing an exception.
