Activated stuck in Timeout in Parcel Distribution in CDP

I am trying to add new host in my CDP Free trial version cluster, but i'm getting stuck on the activated steps in the install parcel procedure:

 I have checked the scm-agent logs and saw these errors:

ERROR    Failed rack peer update: timed out
[05/Jan/2021 04

53 -0600] 25416 MainThread agent        WARNING  Long HB processing time: 45.0686030388
[05/Jan/2021 04

53 -0600] 25416 MainThread agent        WARNING  Delayed HB: 30s since last
[05/Jan/2021 04

53 -0600] 25416 WorkerThread downloader   ERROR    Unexpected exception during download

@Mondi This seems a Network issue within your hosts. You can try below solution if helps. 

 

Disable P2P (below) for parcels to distribute. 

1. Login to Cloudera Manager as Admin
2. Navigate to: (Hosts > All Hosts > Configuration)
3. Search for: "P2P Parcel Distribution Port"
4. Set P2P Parcel Distribution Port = 0
5. Save changes
6. Attempt to distribute parcels again
