Adding host with Auto-TLS enabled

Adding host with Auto-TLS enabled

Explorer

Hello,

Reviewing the add host documentation (https://www.cloudera.com/documentation/enterprise/latest/topics/cm_mc_adding_hosts.html) the first step is disable TLS and after adding the host re enable and redeploy all the TLS certifications/ configuration manually.

what is the case with cluster that was initial create with Auto-TLS , as those TLS settings were done automatically by CM

Thanks

Hi

Adding new cluster hosts or services to a cluster with auto-TLS enabled automatically creates and deploys the required certificates.

Thank you @Bhuv , what should be the right steps to add the host then.

the documentation mention does not cover this part, it only covers manually configured TLS
